SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship within the United States & Canada. Free shipping on orders above $150. Orders are shipped via UPS&USPS. Your signature is required.

 

  • We DO NOT SHIP to PO Boxes, APO, DPO or FPO addresses.

 

  • We DO NOT SHIP to drop boxes, or any other type of public mailbox.

 

  • We DO NOT SHIP to international courier or transportation/shipping centers in the United States, including NewYorkMailBox.com.

 

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59PM CT to start processing on the next business day. Processing usually takes 2-3 business days, and orders will arrive within 8-10 business days from when the order is shipped. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday-Friday.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Signature Required.

We ship within the USA&Canada, and all orders require the recipient’s signature upon receipt to avoid any product theft, loss or damage.

We cannot waive the signature requirement for any reason. However, you are welcome to contact your local UPS/USPS location and arrange for them to hold your package for pickup.

 

TRACKING PACKAGES

Once your order is confirmed as having shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package easily. A shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email address after your order is processed and leaves our facility.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

We responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred. to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. We will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges when possible. Please be sure to sign for your package to avoid any product theft, loss or damage. If delivery is attempted and the driver is unable to deliver the package, UPS/USPA will return the package to us, Any charges. due to unsuccessful delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Shipping charges incurred by us due to refused shipment will be the customer’s responsibility.
